1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Habit Tracker: Daily Streak ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Habit Tracker is a personal productivity application that allows you to create, track, and manage daily habits and routines. The App offers a free tier with limited features and a premium tier ("Habit Tracker Pro") with full access.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
4. Free Tier Limitations
The free tier of Habit Tracker allows you to create up to 5 habits. Additional features and unlimited habits are available through a Habit Tracker Pro subscription.
The free tier includes advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of ads.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Habit Tracker Pro is available through the following options:

5.1 Auto-Renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5.2 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access to premium features until then.
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions
5.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.
5.5 Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's Settings screen.
6. User Data
All habit data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of data due to device failure, app deletion, or operating system updates.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of Cihan Koc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or harmful components
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cihan Koc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or lost profits.
10. Changes to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
